Monthly care plans

A care plan keeps your site online, safe and up to date, so you never have to touch it.

Care · £40 a monthHosting and security. Up to 2 small changes a month. Fixes within 2 working days.
Care Plus · £75 a monthHosting and security. Up to 5 small changes a month. Fixes within 1 working day. Monthly check of your Google listing and site speed.
Shop Care · £125 a monthHosting and security. Up to 5 small changes plus 1 product drop (up to 10 products) a month. Same working day for checkout or payment problems.

A small change takes under 30 minutes: new prices, opening hours, swapping photos, a new review or a line of text. Bigger jobs are quoted separately, with 10% off for care plan clients. Unused changes don't roll over. Domain renewal, email accounts, payment provider fees and paid apps are paid directly by you.

  2. Deposit. 50% secures your slot and work starts.
  3. Content. You send photos, logo, prices and any text within 7 days. Ask if you'd like us to write it.
  4. Preview and changes. A private preview link, then 2 rounds of changes.
  5. Go live. You pay the remaining 50%, the site goes live on your domain, and your care plan starts.
