Simple terms.

1. Payment. 50% deposit before work starts, 50% before the site goes live. Invoices are due within 7 days.
2. Deposit. The deposit is non-refundable once work has started, because it covers time already spent.
3. Changes. Each package includes 2 rounds of changes. Further changes, or changes to the agreed scope, are charged at £35 per hour, quoted first.
4. Content and delays. You supply content within 7 days of the deposit. If content or feedback is delayed by more than 30 days, the project may be paused and the go-live date moved.
5. Ownership. Once paid in full, you own the site's design, text and your own photos. The domain is always registered in your name.
6. Your content. You confirm you have permission to use all photos, logos and text you supply, including consent from anyone pictured.
7. AI imagery. Some designs use AI-made images or films. These are never presented as real results, customers or products.
8. Third-party costs. Domain, email, payment provider fees and paid apps are paid by you directly and are not part of our prices.
9. Legal pages. We supply template privacy, returns and terms pages. You are responsible for checking they match how your business works.
10. Care plans. Paid monthly in advance, with a 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice to cancel. If a care plan ends, we can hand over the site files and help move hosting (moves are charged at £35 per hour).
11. Late payment. If a care plan payment is more than 14 days late, updates stop until it's paid.
12. Liability. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months. We aren't liable for lost profits or for third-party services going down (hosting, payment providers, email).
13. Our work. We may show the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

These terms are for business clients. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
